Norfolk and Suffolk Casting and Modelling Terms and Conditions

• Norfolk and Suffolk Casting and Modelling is separate to Klash Photography as a whole. This means that image pricing is different to standard shoots at Klash.
• Test shoots are shot to see how the model reacts being in front of a camera. If you know your little one is shy I would recommend waiting 6 months before bringing them in for a test shoot.
• Test shoots are just £10 and are non refundable. If the model does not cooperate at the time of the shoot this will not be refunded as covers the photographers time (This fee is nothing to do with the agency itself). Booking a new test shoot to try again will cost a further £10.
• Test shoots are £10 PER person.
• Anyone of any age over 3 months can come in for a test shoot. If you are bringing a baby they must be able to hold their head fully up by themselves.
• Not everyone that comes in for a test shoot will be selected by the agency. It is based on how they come across at the shoot as well as what the agency is looking for. If not selected it could be down to anything including them already having someone of that age and look on their books.
• It is the agency that selects the models, NOT Jamie at Klash.
• Test shoots take around 15 minutes.
• If you miss your test shoot, you will have to wait 6 months to rebook. The agency is after serious and dedicated models.
• After the shoot you will be invited back for a viewing of your images, it will be at this point where you are told if the model has been selected by the agency. If so you then have the opportunity to purchase your portfolio images from the photographer. You will need professional up to date images for your model profile.
• All portfolio packages are set in stone and include the agency admin fee including a model profile on their website for casting directors to browse and also a model card (the agency charge this admin fee for their time to set up all of your information).
• 1 portfolio option for each model. If you are putting forward siblings and they both got selected, it will be two fees if purchasing portfolios.
• Portfolio prices are completely separate and different to Klash Photography standard session prices.
• Portfolios can be paid with a payment plan from as little as £11.20 per week. However if accepted images will not be sent to the agency until at least 75% of the fee is paid and therefore will not be able to be put forward for work until then.
• If selected for the agency, they will get a 6 or 12 month contract. All communication will then take place with the agency and not Klash.
• Children will need their own bank accounts to become a model. If selected for a job, the client will not pay into a parents account.
• Strawberry Angels take a fee of £50 from the models first paid job.
• You will need to be able to travel to castings/auditions if selected for a job.
• This is not a SCAM. Klash Photography have built up a great reputation over the last 4 years and is ONLY working with Strawberry Angels. The agency have been able to get amazing paid jobs for models, there are a few examples below.
• And most of all this is an amazing opportunity that can open so many doors for aspiring models.
