Your bundle of joy is about to turn the big number ONE!

You can’t believe they arrived an entire year ago. The time went by as quick as a blink of an eye! They are crawling all over the house and some may even be walking.  There is one thing for sure and that’s this milestone needs to be celebrated!

At Klash Photography I offer several different photo shoot options and packages to suit everyone 🙂

Some people like to do a messy cake smash photo shoot, whilst others like to celebrate without cake which is completely fine too! Some people like to use colourful, bright backdrops, whilst others may prefer a simpler approach. Everybody has their own individual likes and therefore when it comes to a first birthday photo shoot, I like to work with the client and pick an option which suits them best.

Packages start at just £150 including photos and I thought for anyone who has a little one turning 1 this year, I would run through some of the options 🙂

 

The Mini Birthday session –

With the mini session we keep it pretty simple just focusing on your baby and how much they have grown within their first year 🙂

In this shoot we use one of the birthday themed backdrops or we can use a simpler plain drop depending on your preference. We can then either add a cake for ‘smash the cake’ or simply do fun photos without.  The decision is completely in your hands 🙂 If you do decided to go for a plain backdrop, you are welcome to bring in any bunting or balloons.

This shoot is priced at £150 and includes 5 images of your choice via digital download.

(The mini session does not include splash).

The Classic Birthday session –

Priced at £200, this option contains the same as the mini session but also includes a ‘standard portrait’ part to start with and finishes with splash. With the portrait part at the beginning, we get some photos of your child on a standard drop in which you can dress them in what ever you would like. This could be something smart of causal. After this we go into the main event 🙂 Once little one has finished enjoying smashing up some cake (or not), we then put them in a super cute bubble bath to have a splash. The great thing about ‘The Classic‘ is that there are three different parts to the shoot.  With babies at the age of 1 we never really know how they will be at the time of their session. But by having 3 different parts, we can pretty much be sure we will get some amazing shots 🙂 With smiles and giggles! This option comes with 15 images of your choice via digital download. One you have viewed your images, you have the option of upgrading and having all images for just £50 extra! There is also the chance to purchase wall art too 🙂

Each of these sessions requires just a £25 deposit to secure your slot. Once booked we will go through all the details of what set up you would like, what you will need to bring along to the shoot with you and when you would like it to take place. Some people like to book in for around their first birthday, however others like to do it around one month prier, so that they have the final images on their birthday.  The balance of your chosen package is then not due until the day before the shoot and you also have the option of paying with a ‘pre shoot installment plan’ if you would like to make smaller payments leading up to the big day 🙂

It can be difficult deciding on what you can get your baby for their 1st birthday and therefore I think this is a great option, leaving you with memories for them and yourself to look back on 🙂
